We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Platforms to oversee the delivery, integration, and continuous improvement of strategic platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, and Power Platform. This hybrid role involves leading a team, managing platform relationships, and aligning solutions with business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and improvement of business platforms.
  • Manage relationships with key platform suppliers (e.g., Microsoft, Workday).
  • Develop roadmaps to align platforms with corporate objectives.
  • Lead a team to ensure service quality and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar senior role with experience in managing SaaS platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance.
  • Proven ability in relationship building and product lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in motivating and coaching a high performing team.
  • Experience of managing a diverse supply chain, including nearshore and offshore delivery teams.
  • Ability to negotiate the balance of customer centricity and commercial viability of a product.
