This isn't a role where you sit in the background and watch. From day one you'll be given a specialism; a defined corner of the technology market to own, build and grow. You'll work alongside very experienced recruiters in the sector, learning how to develop a genuine network of senior technology professionals, represent them for their next career move, and support them with their own hiring as they progress through their careers. Recruitment done well is a craft. We'll teach you the art of it.

What You'll Be Building

  • A personal brand within your chosen tech specialism
  • Relationships with senior engineers, data professionals, or technology leaders — depending on your desk
  • A candidate network that people actually want to be part of
  • Client relationships with some of London's most exciting technology businesses

What We Offer

  • Career progression that's real, not a poster on the wall. Whether you want to develop into a high-billing individual, build a team around you, or move into a leadership role, we'll map out the pathway and give you the coaching to get there.
  • An office culture that matches your ambition. High energy, fun, and genuinely flexible. Hybrid working means you get the best of both; deep learning and mentorship in the office, with the freedom to work around your life. Expect regular socials, industry events, and the occasional weekend away with the team.
  • Training that actually prepares you. You won't be thrown in at the deep end without support. Our experienced consultants will work alongside you, share what works, and help you develop the skills and confidence to become a trusted name in your market.

Who We're Looking For

  • You don't need a recruitment background — you need the right mindset.
  • A graduate, or soon-to-be graduate, ready to commit to a career in recruitment
  • Commercially curious — you're interested in people, business, and what makes markets move
  • Resilient and ambitious — you understand that building something takes time and effort
  • A natural communicator who can hold a conversation with a senior executive as comfortably as anyone else
  • Someone who takes their career seriously, even if they don't take themselves too seriously

The Detail

  • Location: London (hybrid)
  • Start date: Immediate or flexible for the right person
  • We don't make promises that you will earn more than your peers in your first year, because much of what you take home is down to the focus, commitment, energy and effort you put into it. We guarantee the right training, tools and technology, along with the brand, to provide the foundations of a strong and successful career. The rest is down to you.
