We're currently partnering with a high-growth client to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO - an exceptional opportunity for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a central role in scaling a dynamic business. This consultancy specialises in solving complex, high-value challenges through engineering-led, data-driven approaches.
This is a high-trust, high-impact position where the successful candidate will act as the CEO’s right hand - driving execution, managing priorities, and helping shape the company’s strategic direction. You’ll be in the room, at the table, and behind the scenes, ensuring the CEO’s time and focus are aligned with what matters most.
Working Model: On-site (4/5 days per week on site)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper to the CEO, managing time, focus, and communications
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans across teams and departments
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and follow-through
- Prepare executive briefings, manage internal communications, and support board relations
- Identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements across the business
- Provide agile support during travel and urgent matters, ensuring swift and effective execution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or executive support—ideally within engineering, professional services, or start-up environments
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of executional excellence
