We’re looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Project Manager with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to join us part-time and play a pivotal role in managing implementation projects, stakeholder communication, and platform optimisation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage D365 CE-related projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, dev, ops, and legal experts
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans and timelines
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders during D365 CE implementations and customisations
- Drive continuous improvement in platform workflows and integrations with legal service tools
- Report progress regularly to leadership and escalate issues as needed
About You
- 3+ years of project management experience in a tech environment
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation, configuration, and optimisation
- Experience managing SaaS or LegalTech products is a huge plus
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
- Familiar with agile methodologies and modern PM tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira)
