Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant – D365, across CE, F&O, BC & Power Platform

We are seeking an experienced D365/Power Platform Developer to join our client\’s dynamic team based in Bedford, Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development, with the ability to design, develop, customise and support business solutions.

In this role, you will develop and maintain customised applications and integrations using D365 and Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into high‑quality technical solutions.

  • Role: D365 Developer
  • Location: One day on site a month (midlands, negotiable)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies
  • Customise D365 modules and entities to align with business needs
  • Create model‑driven and canvas apps within Power Apps
  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Integrate D365 with third‑party systems and APIs
  • Participate in solution architecture and design sessions
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of deployed solutions
  • Document technical specifications and user guides

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a D365 Developer or Power Platform Developer
  • In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Strong experience with Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse
  • Experience with Azure services and solutions (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc.) is desirable
  • Understanding of best practices in data security, access control and governance in the Microsoft cloud environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous
