We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager / Associate Director to take ownership of an established Technology Contract desk in our London HQ. This is a genuine leadership role — ideal for someone who loves developing others, leading by example, and driving business performance.
- Lead by example through proactive business development, client meetings, and networking.
- Grow and maintain key client relationships across the Technology market.
- Recruit and train new consultants, creating a culture of high performance.
Minimum 3 years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally within a Technology niche).
Strong track record in business development and relationship management.
A hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for coaching others.
