We're Hiring: Catastrophe Analyst | Specialty Insurance | London (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:

• Support underwriting teams with advanced modelling and portfolio optimisation
• Analyse exposure data and deliver insights that shape strategic decisions across multiple geographies
• Lead pre-bind modelling and post-event analysis to influence underwriting and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with underwriters, third-party modelling teams, and offshore partners
• Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing across the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong academic background (e.g. natural sciences, maths, geography)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with AIR or RMS
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, R, VBA, PowerBI
• Highly analytical, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
