Technology & Data Analyst | Cardiff 3 days a week| Up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits
We're supporting a growing, purpose-led organisation looking to hire a Technology & Data Analyst to become the face of technology across the business. This is not a traditional helpdesk role. Instead, you'll work closely with colleagues, technology partners and leadership teams to improve systems, data, reporting and AI adoption across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the go-to technology contact within the office
- Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams users
- Building Power BI reports and dashboards
- Working with stakeholders to improve processes and data flows
- Supporting AI and automation initiatives using tools such as Copilot
- Managing relationships with external technology providers
- Helping drive technology and business improvement projects
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a Tech/ Data/ Business Analyst or a simillar position
- Strong Microsoft365 knowledge
- Excellent communication, willingness to learn, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies
Nice to have
- Power Automate
- Data governance experience
- Experience in a regulated environment
