Business Change Manager

Location: Manchester or London (regular travel to London required – travel and accommodation covered)

Salary: Up to £53,000 (Manchester) / up to £61,000 (London). Hybrid working.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives across a major transformation programme. You’ll shape and deliver effective change management strategies, ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes and benefits while supporting colleagues through change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change management across transformation and improvement projects.
• Develop and embed consistent change management approaches and tools.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and assurance to teams across the business.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and successful outcomes.
• Use data and insights to monitor, measure, and continuously improve change delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading business change in large or complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of project delivery, benefits realisation, and risk management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
