The Business Architect will play a pivotal role within a major transformation programme, working closely with senior leadership, architects, and multiple stakeholders to support the evolution of the organisation’s ways of working, structure, and service offerings. The successful candidate will act as a key connector between strategy and delivery, helping the organisation navigate complex change initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
Key Skills & Experience:- Ability to think enterprise-wide beyond process-level detail
- Comfortable working within complex, evolving environments
- Strong influencing, challenging, and constructive pushback skills
- Skilled in bringing clarity to ambiguous situations
- Experience in service design, organisational design, or transformation programmes
- Housing or public sector experience is desirable but not essential
- Support the development of new ways of working, structure, and service models
- Facilitate conversations to shape the future-state organisation
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and senior stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between strategy and operational delivery
- Assist with projects across service simplification, automation, system rationalisation, data, and capability uplift
- Focus initially on discovery and visioning, then support wider transformation activities
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience in a similar Business Architect role or within transformation projects
- Ability to work on-site as required, with hybrid working arrangements in place
