About the Role

We’re looking for a Specialty Technician to provide end-to-end technical and administrative support across a portfolio of specialty risks. You’ll work closely with brokers, underwriters, and operations to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing, document production, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and process MRC slips, endorsements, evidence of cover, and supporting documentation
  • Support the full policy lifecycle – from placement through to renewal
  • Liaise with underwriters, clients, and third parties to gather information and resolve queries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to market and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with internal teams on credit control and premium processing
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the London insurance market (broker or MGA side)
  • Strong understanding of MRC documentation and Lloyd’s/company market processes
  • Familiarity with systems like PPL, Whitespace, or other e-trading platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, able to work independently and as part of a remote team
