About the Role
We’re looking for a Specialty Technician to provide end-to-end technical and administrative support across a portfolio of specialty risks. You’ll work closely with brokers, underwriters, and operations to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing, document production, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and process MRC slips, endorsements, evidence of cover, and supporting documentation
- Support the full policy lifecycle – from placement through to renewal
- Liaise with underwriters, clients, and third parties to gather information and resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to market and regulatory standards
- Work closely with internal teams on credit control and premium processing
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in a similar role within the London insurance market (broker or MGA side)
- Strong understanding of MRC documentation and Lloyd’s/company market processes
- Familiarity with systems like PPL, Whitespace, or other e-trading platforms
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator, able to work independently and as part of a remote team
