We are working with a scaling Fintech company building the platform that automates the entire accounts payable process and also a successful supply chain finance platform. They are looking to build out their core engineering team by adding three senior full stack JavaScript engineers.
Essentials for this role:
- 8+ years Full Stack experience - React, TypeScript, Node.js (flexible for the right candidate)
- Cloud deployment experience - AWS/GCP/Azure (we use Azure + IBM Cloud)
- Regulated environment background - fintech, financial services, or pharma experience
- Startup/scale-up experience - comfortable shipping products autonomously in fast-moving teams
- Product collaboration - worked directly with PMs to deliver end-to-end solutions
- T-shaped engineer - strong across the full stack with deep expertise in specific areas
- Technical leadership - provide direction without needing a formal management title
- MongoDB experience - comfortable with document databases (we're planning a relational DB migration in 12-24 months)
Bonus if:
- Go experience (our payment system uses it)
- Experience migrating from NoSQL to relational databases
