I am currently partnering with a Large Social Housing provider, who are replacing their old HMS, to recruit for a Housing Systems Applications Analyst. This programme of work coincides with the implementation of other housing related products.
Role: Housing Systems Analyst
Location: Multiple offices – hybrid 1-2 days a week
Sector: Social Housing
The essential skills for this role are:
- Experience of housing management systems
- Experience across the design, build & implementation of multiple modules
- Ability to support in requirements gathering exercises
The client are looking to start things off with the following modules; Allocations & Lettings, Housing Management, Repairs and Service Charges & Rent Setting. The implementation will also include bolt on systems for mobile working and asset management.
