Company Description: Gravitas International Ltd is a family run business based in Greater Manchester, manufacturing and distributing environmentally responsible construction solutions. We are proud to work with clients such as National Highways, the Environment Agency, SEPA, Network Rail and councils nationwide, helping to deliver sustainable infrastructure across the UK.
The Team and Office: You will be joining a supportive, hardworking team based in a Grade II listed, open plan office in central Altrincham. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, communicates clearly, and is keen to grow within the business.
The Role: We are expanding our sales division and looking for a Sales Executive, reporting to our CPD Manager, to offer and present our CPD on a vegetated retaining wall system, to prospective clients. You will engage with engineers, councils, housing developers, and water authorities, booking both in-person and online 1-hour meetings. Responsibilities will include cold calling to schedule seminars, building relationships with potential clients, and meeting a target of 4 presentations booked per week. Commission is paid for each presented seminar. The role is based in our head office in Altrincham, when not attending in-person presentations.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £30,000-32,000 per year + Commission
- Uncapped Commission: Average £300-£400 monthly paid for presented seminars

Requirements:
- Strong sales, public speaking, and client engagement skills
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Comfortable with cold calling and securing client meetings
- Tech-savvy, with basic Excel skills (Insightly CRM experience is a plus but not required)
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
- A clean, valid UK driver's license
