Role Overview
The Workplace Automation & Identity Specialist role supports the organisation by automating and streamlining key identity and workplace lifecycle activities, ensuring provisioning, access control, and endpoint setup are efficient, consistent, and secure.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering automation initiatives across workplace or IT operations
- Background working with automation or orchestration tools
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based environments
- Proven ability integrating systems via APIs
- Hands-on experience with SCIM provisioning and Single Sign‑On (SSO) implementations
- Solid understanding of identity and access lifecycle management
- Expertise streamlining Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes
- Experience with endpoint provisioning and standard build processes
- Track record of automating software deployment and patching workflows
- Ability to assess existing processes quickly and implement scalable improvements
Key Responsibilities
