Total Mobile Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Solution Design Lead to support a major Totalmobile implementation. Working closely with operational teams, stakeholders and suppliers, you will lead the design of future-state processes, ensuring the solution delivers practical and measurable improvements across repairs and property services.
Key Experience
- Proven experience delivering Totalmobile (or similar field service/workforce management) implementations.
- Strong process design experience across repairs, maintenance, scheduling and mobile workforce operations.
- Ability to challenge supplier proposals and translate solution decisions into business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management across operational, programme and IT teams.
- Experience running design governance, managing decisions, risks and dependencies.
Desirable
- Housing sector experience, including repairs, asset management and compliance.
- Experience supporting multi-site operational teams.
- Understanding of business case, cost-benefit and delivery trade-offs.
- Knowledge of data governance, GDPR and information security.
Additional Information
- Business-focused solution design role supporting the full implementation lifecycle.
- Involvement across design, build, testing, deployment and transition to BAU.
- Not a technical architecture position.
- Flexibility to support key project milestones when required.
