The position is part of a growing Data & Business Systems team focused on modernising legacy processes and implementing scalable platforms, beginning with CRM and sales ledger transformation.

The Senior Business System Analyst will work at the centre of complex change initiatives, collaborating with operational teams, developers, technical specialists, and third-party suppliers.
The role involves gathering and analysing business requirements, mapping processes, documenting functional specifications, and supporting testing activities.
Success relies on effectively translating business needs into practical system solutions, supporting the development team, and ensuring smooth deployment within a dynamic environment.

- Use SQL to investigate, validate, and reconcile data
