A leading international insurer is seeking an experienced catastrophe modeller or exposure analyst to take ownership of group‑level non‑natural peril management. You’ll play a key role in analysing exposures, shaping risk appetite, and ensuring the business stays ahead of a rapidly changing geopolitical and man‑made risk landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead group exposure management for non‑natural perils (terrorism, war, marine, aviation).
  • Ensure modelling methods and the internal View of Risk reflect current threats.
  • Deliver key regulatory submissions (PRA, BMA, Lloyd’s).
  • Integrate new tools, views, and processes into exposure systems.
  • Produce clear MI that supports underwriting and risk decisions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support broader peril monitoring.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ catastrophe modelling or exposure management experience.
  • Interest in geopolitical/man‑made risk.
  • Comfort with technical tools (SQL, R, VBA useful).
