Role Overview

Key Skills & Experience
- Provide 1st & 2nd line application support within the London Insurance Market
- Possess strong knowledge of underwriting, policy administration, and claims systems
- Experience with Xuber or a similar London Market platform
- Support incidents, upgrades, testing, and UAT activities
- Have basic SQL knowledge and troubleshooting data issues
- Manage stakeholder relationships with business users, vendors, and tech teams
- Knowledge of Lloyd's and London Market processes
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve insurance applications to ensure system stability
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to address system issues
- Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities
- Troubleshoot data issues using SQL and other tools
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout support processes
