Role Overview
The Real Estate Client Advisor is responsible for providing expert service delivery to a varied portfolio of UK property owners and real estate clients. The role involves acting as a key client contact, managing day‑to‑day insurance needs, and building strong relationships across long‑term accounts. The position plays a crucial part in maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting business retention and growth.

- Insurance experience within an Account Handling role, preferably in Real Estate
- Strong technical understanding of property risks and casualty covers

Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily servicing of clients' insurance programs to support retention and growth
- Obtaining quotations for new and renewal business, preparing renewal reports, and presenting findings to Account Executives
- Supporting renewal strategies and market presentations
- Managing policy documentation, mid‑term adjustments, and client/market queries
- Handling credit control processes, tracking premiums, and pursuing uncollected payments
- Responding promptly to queries, advising on risk exposures, and offering insurance solutions
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and legal partners
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and add value for clients
- Contributing to insurer review meetings and developing a broad market network
Requirements
- Previous insurance experience in an Account Handling role, ideally within Real Estate or commercial lines
- Strong technical knowledge of property risks and casualty insurance
- Ability to attend external client meetings as required
- Right to work in the UK and based on‑site in London (Central or North)
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
