As part of an ongoing investment in enterprise systems, we are seeking an ERP Technical Lead to take ownership of a business‑critical platform that underpins key functions including Finance, HR, Payroll, and Student Management.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced systems professional to make a visible impact across the organisation. - Ensure the platform remains secure, stable, well‑governed, and aligned to organisational needs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Promote best practice, resilience, and long‑term sustainability of the platform.
About You
We are looking for an individual who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. You will be comfortable working hands‑on with enterprise systems while engaging with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that add value. You will ideally have:
- Experience supporting and administering enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of ERP, Finance, HR, Payroll, Student Records, CRM, or other complex business systems.
- Experience coordinating upgrades, system changes, and vendor relationships.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- A collaborative and customer‑focused approach.
- Experience working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
Candidates from a variety of enterprise systems backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Why Apply?
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contribution will have a direct and visible impact. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping to improve services, enhance user experience, and maximise the value of technology investments. In return, the organisation offers an excellent benefits package, including:
- Competitive pension scheme
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Generous holiday entitlement and seasonal closure periods
- On‑site fitness facilities and wellbeing initiatives
- Subsidised catering facilities
- Staff discounts and development opportunities
- Free on‑site parking
If you enjoy solving complex problems, building strong stakeholder relationships, and helping organisations get the most from their technology platforms, we would be delighted to hear from you.
