In this hands‑on role, you’ll help deliver scalable automation improvements that make day‑to‑day workplace technology operations run more smoothly and reliably—driving measurable outcomes for both users and internal teams.
The Workplace Automation & Identity Specialist role supports the organisation by automating and streamlining key identity and workplace lifecycle activities, ensuring provisioning, access control, and endpoint setup are efficient, consistent, and secure.
Key Skills & Experience- Experience delivering automation initiatives across workplace or IT operations
- Background working with automation or orchestration tools
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based environments
- Proven ability integrating systems via APIs
- Hands-on experience with SCIM provisioning and Single Sign‑On (SSO) implementations
