Role Overview

As Revenue Manager, you’ll develop and implement strategies to maximize non‑fare income, identifying new revenue opportunities and building compelling business cases to secure buy‑in from senior decision‑makers. Your work will directly impact the organization’s revenue growth efforts and enhance its service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and quantify new ancillary revenue streams across stations, lounges, and onboard environments
  • Develop pricing and usage strategies to optimize revenue
  • Shape category strategies and build commercial propositions for lounges, including paid access, upgrades, partnerships, and advertising
  • Scope onboard and lounge advertising opportunities with external partners
  • Translate insight and data into clear business cases for senior leadership
  • Present proposals confidently and manage a pipeline of high‑value tests and initiatives

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience in consumer‑facing businesses, hospitality, travel, property/commercial partnerships, retail environments, or similar B2C organizations
  • Proven experience outside core product sales in driving revenue growth
  • On‑site presence in London (3 days a week)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
