This contract opportunity is within the Social Housing sector, supporting teams to maximise the effective use of NEC through high-quality training delivery, clear documentation, and hands-on coaching.
You will work closely with service areas to embed consistent processes, improve system confidence, and ensure best practice is followed across day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training to service areas in NEC, tailored to varying levels of user ability and operational requirements.
- Plan and conduct one-to-one training sessions, group workshops, and refresher sessions as required.
- Create and maintain extremely strong documentation, including user guides, process maps, step-by-step work instructions, and knowledge base content.
- Translate operational processes into clear NEC workflows and training materials that support consistent adoption.
- Gather feedback from users, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to schedule sessions and support change activity during system usage improvements.
Essential Requirements
- Proven NEC experience, with the ability to train end users effectively.
- Experience training service areas in NEC within a busy operational environment.
- Exceptional documentation skills, producing clear, structured, and user-friendly materials.
- Demonstrable experience delivering one-to-one sessions and workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Confident organising your own workload and prioritising multiple training demands.
