AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be the fourth hire in a team of three, working closely with the team lead and collaborating across full-stack AI development. Responsibilities include prototyping models, developing production pipelines, and ensuring deployment success. Success in this role means delivering robust, scalable ML solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Skills & Experience
- Lead development of machine learning models, from initial prototyping to deployment.
- Manage full lifecycle including model deployment pipelines and production integration.
- Build scalable ML solutions, incorporating Gen AI and traditional ML techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a highly integrated development environment.
- Apply strong mathematical and academic foundations to solve complex ML problems.
- Demonstrate experience with backend engineering in ML/AI contexts.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in ML/AI engineering.
- Strong background in ML/AI with proficiency across the full lifecycle.
- Experience with Gen AI and classical ML.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Comfortable with team collaboration and communication.
