Role Overview
As a Data and Insights Analyst, you will support our client’s strategic goals by providing high-quality analysis, reporting, and data insight. Working across various teams, including product, development, operations, customer success, finance, and commercial, you'll help enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and support the ongoing development of reporting capabilities, including dashboards, visualisations, and data structures. Your contributions will be vital in advancing AI adoption and operational insight, ensuring the organisation continues to evolve and succeed.

- Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in building dashboards and visualisations using BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI

- Ability to translate complex data into clear, understandable insights
- Interest or experience in AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted analysis

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer usage and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Support data-driven decision-making through clear reporting and insights
- Design and build dashboards and visualisations using BI tools such as Power BI
- Assist with the development and optimisation of advanced reporting functionality
- Create internal reports and statistical analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
- Support marketing materials, presentations, and thought leadership with data insights and statistics
- Advise teams on data management practices to improve consistency and quality of data usage
- Respond to customer data analysis requests and assist with internal data investigations
- Collaborate with development and product teams to enhance visibility of product performance and customer behaviour
- Support AI exploration and adoption, including insight generation, prompt engineering, and workflow optimisation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting capabilities through better data utilisation
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK or valid work permissions
- Proven experience in a data analysis, reporting, or BI role
- Proficiency in Power BI; experience with Yellowfin is desirable
- Knowledge of SQL or database querying is beneficial
- Based in Yorkshire or willing to work on-site, with hybrid working arrangements
- Available to start on 22/06/2026 for a 2-week assignment
