Senior Application Support Analyst

Role Overview
The Senior Application Support Analyst will provide expert support across a variety of business applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. This role is pivotal in supporting the organisation’s digital infrastructure and enabling seamless service delivery to its clients.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting multiple business applications in a technical support or analyst capacity
- Ability to support a wide range of systems including housing management, repairs, ServiceNow, HR, and finance applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Willingness to adapt and support various systems, with or without prior sector experience
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain a variety of core business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide technical assistance
- Assist in implementing system updates and configurations
- Work as part of a team to ensure the reliable operation of applications and support the organisation’s digital tools
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience supporting multiple business applications or similar technical support roles
- Ability to work on-site in West Yorkshire twice a week
- Located within reasonable commuting distance to the location or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in a support or analyst role is desirable but not mandatory
