Role Overview
The Back End Automation Test Engineer works within a development team, reporting to senior engineering leads, to design, develop, and implement automated test frameworks. The role involves developing test coverage for unit, API, and integration layers while identifying gaps in existing testing processes. Success is measured by improving software quality, facilitating shift-left testing practices, and supporting continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
