The Role
We\’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent team. Talent Acquisition at Gravita has seen a steady influx of new roles and a progressively larger impact within the business, so we\’re looking for someone who\’s able to manage multiple open roles, driving activity whilst also helping us lay the foundations as we continue to scale rapidly.
You\’ll work within the small TA and with the wider People Team to develop immediate and long term hiring strategies, developing processes, employer brand and an incredible candidate experience. There is a lot of ambiguity and the pace is fast, so you\’ll need to be comfortable navigating through this whilst prioritising work with the highest level of impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand immediate hiring needs and role requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within professional services (accountancy, legal, consulting, etc.)
- Proven ability to make a positive impact in a short period of time, particularly in fast paced, changing environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Early Careers is beneficial but not essential
- Experience with Pinpoint ATS would also be beneficial
