The Role: An Associate Director in the Private Client team plays a crucial role in providing advice and support to our clients and colleagues on personal tax matters. The role includes preparing complex annual self-assessment tax returns, calculating tax liabilities, corresponding with clients to support them with their tax compliance obligations, identifying outstanding information, explaining how tax liabilities have arisen, and identifying ways to help clients to be more tax efficient. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams is essential for success in this role.
The responsibilities include advising clients, both verbally and in writing, researching and proposing solutions for technical tax issues, and ensuring compliance with HM Revenue.
