Gravita is undergoing a period of significant growth and change, seeking an Operations Lead to shape onboarding and related processes. You will review, select and implement new onboarding systems, embedding control, reporting and ownership across Operations, Compliance, and service lines.
You’ll work with QRM and technology to deliver practical, scalable solutions and guide adoption into BAU. The role is cross-functional, with no direct line management, and reports into ExCo priorities.
