As an Associate Director, you will take responsibility for managing your own portfolio and working closely with partners to deliver exceptional results.
The Role
- Manage an entire client portfolio, including listed companies.
- Plan and deliver audits on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with listing requirements.
- Assist with advice on technical matters, particularly for clients operating under stringent regulatory frameworks.
- Develop client relationships, acting as the principal contact for CFOs, CEOs, and boards within your portfolio.
- Manage, mentor, and train team members, providing performance management and career development support.
- Identify new business opportunities to support client relationships and growth at Gravita.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders such as CFOs and boards.
- Comfortable navigating the complex reporting and compliance requirements of listed companies.
- Excellent project management skills, ensuring successful delivery of multiple projects without drama.
