As part of the Tax team, you’ll provide high-quality accounting services to clients while studying towards the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) Level 4 qualification through a structured rotation apprenticeship programme. This programme is designed to develop not only your technical expertise but also your personal and professional skills. After completing the ATT, we’ll support your continued career progression, including further study towards the prestigious, advanced qualification for tax professionals - Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification.

Training includes a mix of tutor-led courses, private study, regular exams, and on-the-job learning. You’ll receive paid study leave to prepare for exams, and we’ll cover all course and exam fees.

  • Liaise directly with CEOs, CFOs, Financial Directors and entrepreneurs from some of the country’s most ambitious startups and growing businesses.

Requirements:

We’re looking for talented graduates who want to learn, contribute and succeed. The ideal candidates will also embody our company values:

We’re looking for ambitious graduates who have the following qualifications:

  • 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent).
  • Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language (or equivalent).
  • 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017), or equivalent.
