Gravita is seeking a Senior associate in Client Operations to ensure onboarding and ongoing client compliance, aligning with AML and data management standards. You’ll work with the Director of Financial Crime & Acceptance and Compliance teams to maintain accurate records and improve client journeys from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
In this role you will help ensure adherence to AML regulations, refresh Letters of Engagement, and support a seamless client experience through data maintenance.
