What’s on offer? We’re reinventing the world of accounting for good! To help us achieve this, we’re looking for the next generation of forward-thinking accountants to join our Managed Business Services Team in London, Oxford, Bristol, or Exeter. As part of the Business Services Team, you’ll provide high-quality accounting services to clients while studying towards the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications through a structured apprenticeship programme. This programme is designed to develop not only your technical expertise but also your personal and professional skills. After completing the AAT, we’ll support your continued career progression, including further study towards the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
By combining professional qualifications with daily learning from our team of specialists, you’ll gain the knowledge and experience to advance your career. Training includes a mix of tutor-led courses, private study, regular exams, and on-the-job learning. You’ll receive paid study leave to prepare for exams, and we’ll cover all course and exam fees.

We’re looking for ambitious students who have the following qualifications:
- 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre‑2017), or equivalent.
- Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent).
- Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language (or equivalent).
