The Role

Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Associate Director/Director, leading the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio. You\’ll manage key client relationships, oversee complex financial reporting, and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and regulatory standards. This senior role also involves team leadership, workflow planning, business development, and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely, high-quality accounts preparation and advisory services.
  • Act as the main client contact, managing delivery, budgets, and billing.
  • Oversee technical reviews, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Drive business development, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to firm-wide growth.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

  • Core working hours are 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday
