What’s on offer? We’re reinventing the world of accounting for good! To help us achieve this, we’re looking for the next generation of forward-thinking accountants to join our Managed Business Services Team in London, Oxford, Bristol, or Exeter. As part of the Business Services Team, you’ll provide high-quality accounting services to clients while studying towards the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications through a structured apprenticeship programme. This programme is designed to develop not only your technical expertise but also your personal and professional skills. After completing the AAT, we’ll support your continued career progression, including further study towards the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.

Training includes a mix of tutor-led courses, private study, regular exams, and on-the-job learning. You’ll receive paid study leave to prepare for exams, and we’ll cover all course and exam fees.

The Role: You’ll work with a wide range of industries to help you gain maximum experience and accelerate your learning. You will get exposure to our Partners and Executive team to help you learn from the best and see key decision-makers in action. You will liaise directly with CEOs, CFOs, Financial Directors and entrepreneurs from some of the country’s most ambitious startups and growing businesses. You will see how our team uses intuitive technology alongside their incredible expertise to provide an unparalleled client experience and streamline workloads. You will discover our premium brand dedicated to producing a Top 6 firm’s quality of work, including our listed client base. You will learn from our accounting experts with years of experience and become part of an engaged, inclusive, motivated and accountable team aligned behind shared values.

We’re looking for ambitious students who have the following qualifications:

  • 120 UCAS points from your top 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre‑2017), or equivalent.
  • Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE Maths (or equivalent).
  • Minimum Grade 5 or B GCSE English Language (or equivalent).
