We have a fantastic job opportunity for a Senior Planning Consultant to join our Belfast office. About the Role Applicants should have an RTPI or IPI accredited degree / postgraduate qualification in Town Planning, with at least 5 years of postgraduate professional experience. Applicants will need to be based in our Belfast office, however we provide a range of hybrid working arrangements. About You The successful candidate will be required to manage their own projects, contribute to the management of planning applications and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research, and generally play an active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be ambitious and commercially minded, show attention to detail and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. The applicant must possess a driving license and have access to a car to allow them to carry out their duties in the position.
