About the role
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting applicants through the social housing process. The role combines customer service, decision-making, and case management in a fast-paced environment.
You will deliver a responsive, empathetic, and professional front-line customer support service, ensuring an exceptional standard of service at all times. This job description serves as a working document and outlines the core responsibilities of the post. As the service evolves, whether through changes in legislation, council policies, or operational practices, the role is expected to adapt accordingly. The post holder will be encouraged to contribute to and support the development of these improvements.
