Gravesham Borough Council is seeking a proactive High Rise Support Caretaker to support residents in our high-rise communities.
This full-time role combines practical caretaking with resident assistance, ensuring buildings are clean, safe and welcoming.
You will work with safety teams and caretakers, report hazards, perform basic handyman tasks, and help foster a positive living environment. 37 hours per week, 12-month fixed-term contract, salary £25,186–£26,379 per annum.
