Key Responsibilities Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and manage quality policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
Serve as the management representative for ISO, NUPIC, customer, and other quality audits.
Manage internal audit programs and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Coordinate and approve quality‑related documentation associated with new products, engineering changes, and process updates.
