Role Summary
Part time/Term Time Only - 22.5 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well‑organised individual to join our Trust as a Governance and Compliance Administrator. This new role supports the smooth running of governance and compliance processes across the Trust.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support to the Clerk to the Governors, Executive Principal and Primary Headteachers.
- Maintain systems to ensure that reports, policies and documentation are easily accessible for Directors, Governors and Staff.
- Keep accurate registers and logs for key compliance areas including complaints, Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information Requests, data breaches and accidents.
- Monitor the Trust and schools’ website compliance and liaise with relevant staff to update content in a timely manner.
- Support governance and clerking processes as required.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills and be competent in using ICT.
Previous experience within a school environment, particularly in governance, compliance or clerking, would be advantageous but is not essential.
Working Hours
The position can be worked over three full days per week, or across shorter hours spread over more days, by agreement.
