This is a hands-on, essential role supporting the smooth operation of our Service Department by managing stock, coordinating equipment returns, and ensuring efficient day-to-day logistics. You’ll take ownership of stock control using the Simpro Management System, carrying out regular stock checks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring stock levels are always aligned with operational needs.
From placing and tracking supplier orders to coordinating deliveries, dispatching equipment, and managing returns for repair or recycling, you’ll play a key part in keeping our service and installation teams running effectively. Working closely with both our Stevenage and Warrington teams, you’ll also help maintain a safe, organised stores environment, support engineers with van stock requirements, and ensure all processes meet quality and health & safety standards.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and a proactive approach who enjoys working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
