We are seeking a Mobile Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across a portfolio of mobile sites to carry out planned preventative and reactive calls within central London. This full-time role involves a 40-hour work week, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing scheduled maintenance (PPM) and responding to reactive calls for HVAC assets within the contracted areas.
- Maintaining compliance records for all sites, including permits to work, specialist service providers, and statutory requirements.
- Assisting the contract supervisor/manager in delivering building services according to contract policies.
- Establishing and monitoring standards for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works and building maintenance.
