Our Foodservice Solutions division (a.k.a. Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Ltd) has an exciting job opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the team. The salary range for this job is between £25,000-£27,000, experience dependent.
The role will report to the Service & Operations Director, working in conjunction with the project management and internal sales teams to ensure the delivery of all projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Some key responsibilities of the role are :
- Processing projects from the order stage through to procurement and invoicing.
- Uploading of equipment onto service software.
- Working closely with Project and Key Account Managers.
- Organising of pre & post-handover meetings.
- Ensuring Project Trackers are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Liaising with Supply Chain to ensure timely deliveries are in line with Project schedule.
- Keeping clients informed of expected delivery and installation dates.
The right person for the role will be a confident and clear communicator, with the ability to multitask and prioritise. We are looking for someone who is capable of maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Some previous experience of the commercial catering industry is desirable but not essential.
