Gratte Brothers Group currently has a job opportunity for a Credit Control & Accounts Assistant to join the Accounts department as Maternity Cover.
About The Role
The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities, including:
- Input Sales Invoices and Credit Notes for Gratte Brothers Limited (GBL) and Gratte Brothers Security Management (GBSM)
- Credit Control for GBSM
- Prepare Bank sheets for GBL and GBSM and allocate receipts accordingly.
- Input GBL Engineer and QS Monthly Timesheets on to relevant contract ledgers.
- Input of Gratte Brothers Technical Services (GBTS) Timesheets on to contract ledgers.
- Post GBTS Sub-Contractor invoices.
You will need proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role, plus familiarity with accounting software and financial systems. It’s essential to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and take a proactive approach to resolving issues.
