Gratnells is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our UK sales team and help grow our small to medium-sized customer accounts across education and non-education markets. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is keen to build strong commercial skills, manage customer relationships, and develop within a supportive and collaborative team. Reporting into the Head of Sales you will work 3 days per week from our offices in Madingley, Cambridge and will also have the opportunity to travel with the team.
What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of UK small to medium-sized customer accounts
- Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and day-to-day customer contact
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support product launches, promotions and catalogue activity
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and forecasts
- Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Finance teams
- Represent Gratnells professionally in all customer interactions
- Support the Head of Sales with ad-hoc administrative tasks
