Sales Coordinator, UK Gratnells is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our UK sales team and help grow our small to medium-sized customer accounts across education and non-education markets. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is keen to build strong commercial skills, manage customer relationships, and develop within a supportive and collaborative team. Reporting into the Head of Sales you will work 3 days per week from our offices in Madingley, Cambridge and will also have the opportunity to travel with the team. What youll do Manage a portfolio of UK small to medium-sized customer accounts Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and day-to-day customer contact Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Support product launches, promotions and catalogue activity Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and forecasts Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Finance teams Represent Gratnells professionally in all customer interactions Supporting the Head of Sales with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
