Gratnells is looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our UK sales team and help grow our small to medium-sized customer accounts across education and non-education markets. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is keen to build strong commercial skills, manage customer relationships, and develop within a supportive and collaborative team.

Reporting into the Head of Sales you will work 3 days per week from our offices in Madingley, Cambridge and will also have the opportunity to travel with the team.

  • Manage a portfolio of UK small to medium-sized customer accounts
  • Support product launches, promotions and catalogue activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and forecasts
  • Support the Head of Sales with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
  • Hands-on sales experience with real responsibility
  • Coaching and support from the Head of Sales
  • Opportunity to grow within an established UK brand
